SES manages 1500 cases related to motor vehicle collisions per year
The Badinter law was passed to resolve any claim involving a motorised land vehicle. However, it is rarely used, often overlooked by insurance loss adjusters. Yet this law must be applied to both frequent claims (damaged signs, awnings and storefront windows, small street furniture, etc.), as well as to significant claims (a fire spreading, real estate assets threatening ruin, impact or collision with train or plane). For these reasons, SES thoroughly examines the legal and technical aspects of such claims, regardless of their size. We currently manage over 1,500 cases of this type per year, for major insurance companies and companies with large fleets of vehicles, performing remote and/or on-site assessments depending on the nature and stakes of the claim.
